At Mars, we are all “Associates.”

At the heart of Mars is a family-owned business, one that truly cares about and respects our people. We nurture an open, approachable culture that has no walls to separate us. Literally—no walls. In 1943, private office spaces at Mars were removed to create an environment where Associates could easily access all levels of the business.

When you visit Mars locations around the world, you’ll see open spaces that encourage collaboration, a sense of community and communication.
